Refund & Return Policy – SugarBloom™

At SugarBloom™, we want you to love your purchase as much as we loved creating it for you. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below.


🔄 Returns

  • We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Please note: Sale items, gift cards, and personalized/custom items are non-returnable.


💸 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your order included free shipping, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.


📦 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at support@sugarbloomtotes.com.


🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
